SEALED BIDS ARE REQUIRED TO THE CITY OF OKOBOJI NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2019.
MINIMUM REQUIRED BID IS $45,000.00.
The City reserves the right to accept the highest responsive responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time in the best interest of the City, to reject any and all bids, and to rebid in its sole and complete discretion. Upon being notified that a bid had been accepted, the successful bidder will be required to pay in full by certified check, cashier’s check, cash, or bank draft (in the City’s sole and complete discretion) payable to the City of Okoboji and take delivery by July 31, 2019. If this does not occur the City reserves the right to sell to the next highest bidder, rebid, or take whatever action it deems appropriate. In the event of multiple identical high bids, the earliest received bid may be given preference.
