Online form for those with severe erosion or bank collapses

This reporting form is being used by the Iowa DNR to gather contact information for lakeshore owners that have experienced severe erosion or bank collapses.


Additional information and resources will be communicated as it becomes available.


Landowners may immediately begin work with contractors or service providers to remove debris and material.


Landowners experiencing more minor issues are encouraged to allow water levels to decrease before doing work.
