Emergency Lakeshore Landscaping Permits
On July 30, 2024, the Okoboji City Council passed Ordinance No. 277, which establishes a more detailed framework for efficient reconstruction during emergency situations. The City recognizes the occurrence of such emergencies and is committed to expediting the reconstruction process to address hazardous and detrimental conditions promptly. The modifications to this process are primarily administrative, aimed at minimizing the time between application submission and approval.
