Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee meets on an as-needed basis.
The City of Okoboji has established architectural standards for properties within the C-1 General Commercial District. The architectural design and materials proposed for any new commercial building are subject to review and approval by the Design Review Committee, as well as final approval by the City Council.
